Review of Conversations with Friends:

I have read a few reviews stating the book is this and that. After reading I have come to the conclusion that this book is nothing like this or that and it doesn't revolve around cheating.

Conversations with Friends is a book about friendship. The story revolves around Frances, Bobbi, Nick and Melissa. No matter how troubled and repulsive they may come across, I coule imagine myself being surrounded by such people so there's no saying that I don't wish to cross paths with such people because I already have. The book speaks of tenderness, validation, attraction and vulnerability. In addition to that, how these emotions can be easily exploited without intentions of doing so.

There were moments when I felt like floating in the world of Rooney's writing. This story talks highly of how hard it is to love and how especially difficult it is to believe that one is loved. I totally recommend this masterpiece of human insecurities.
